Refund & Cancellation Policy
(Effective as of 1.8.2025)
We want our students to feel confident when registering for a course with us. This policy is designed to be fair, flexible, and clear, while helping us plan our small-group classes effectively.
1. If We Need to Cancel or Change a Course
Very occasionally, we may need to cancel or change a class due to low enrolment, teacher illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. If this happens, we will:
Offer you a place in another suitable class, or
Arrange a full refund for any unused lessons if no alternative works for you.
2. Cancelling Before the Course Starts
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel:
More than 7 days before the start date → Full refund
Within 7 days of the start date → Refund of remaining value once administrative or transaction fees are deducted
If you prefer, we can also credit your payment towards a future course within 6 months.
3. Withdrawing After the Course Has Started
If you find you cannot continue:
We will do our best to offer you a credit for unused lessons to use within 6 months
Alternatively, you can transfer your remaining lessons to a friend or family member (subject to availability and level suitability)
4. Missed Lessons
For group classes, missed lessons are not refunded, but where possible, we can send you materials or offer a recording to help you catch up.
For private and semi-private lessons, lessons can be rescheduled if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Payment Options
We accept:
Bank transfers to our EU (EUR), UK (GBP), or USA (USD) accounts
Wise for quick, low-fee international payments
Credit/debit card via payment link (5% international processing fee)
6. Unexpected Circumstances (Force Majeure)
If something beyond our control happens (e.g., extreme weather, internet outages, health restrictions), we will continue lessons online whenever possible. If that’s not suitable for you, we will find a fair solution together.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and will be returned via your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
This policy is built on trust and mutual respect. If something changes in your situation, just get in touch — we will always do our best to find a solution that works for you.
